Make Your Case – To WIN a Case

*** This promotion is for a limited time ***

Now, through June 30, 2012 . . . I will be accepting submissions to award a FREE case of my book Customer Service A to Z. I will actually be giving away 2 FREE cases – one to a local business here in Northern Nevada and one to another American small business. Twenty others will also receive FREE books to be given away randomly throughout the promotion period. Here’s how it will work.

I want to hear stories of customer service – good and bad. You can e-mail me your story of why YOU would like this case of books . . . or . . . why another business needs this case of books. It’s just that simple. If you want a case . . . then make your case!

If the case is for you, tell me why you need the books, how important it would be to have them and how you would distribute them. If the books are for another business – tell me why they need them. If you had a bad experience with them, let me know the circumstances surrounding that experience. (Note: If awarded, your name will not be used.) If their customer service is exemplary, tell me all about that too. I am looking for the best detailed stories about customer service.

I will award a case of 25 books (a $385 value) to two businesses – one local and one in the continental United States. I will choose and announce the winners on July 4, 2012. Again, I am looking for the most compelling stories about customer service – good or bad. Make the case for your company – or make the case about another company who needs these books.

Submissions MUST be e-mailed to Larry@ServiceAtoZ.com by June 30, 2012. (Note: Please include your name, address and telephone number.)

Once again, two cases (of 25 books each) will be given away and twenty others will receive a signed copy of my book Customer Service A to Z. Any questions regarding this promotion may be asked by using the “Comments” box below or on any of the social media postings regarding this promotion. Good luck!
